Design is the differentiator.
Anyone can generate software products now. Knowing what people actually want, and what it should feel like to use... that requires human sensibility.
It doesn't come from a prompt. It comes from years of practice, experimentation, and discernment.
Every product is 4 problems.
Should it exist? How does it work? Does it feel good to use? Are we the team to build it? These don't start as binary, fact-based questions, but explorations of prototyping and intuition.
Saying yes to each is a claim of both responcibility and authority.
Alignment is speed.
Most delays happen at the level of human incongruence, aka not being out of alignment. But alignment with what? An indecisive founder. A toxic employee. Forcing, instead of flowing.
When you, your team, and the market are aligned, progress simply falls into place.
Human sensibility.
AI muscle.
Code is cheap. But if we are to build impactful, useful products for other humans, discernment is a requirement.
All your favorite ai models were trained to generate ‘things’ based off what is most common. The average. The baseline. The shit everyone else is doing. Yes, it’s easy to create mountains of things no one will ever notice.
What matters now is human sensibility. The ability to channel creativity, emotion, and intuition into meaningful actions, with ai as a tool.
I combine my wild human ways with tools that make me powerful, fast, and effective, preserving the parts of the beautifully fallible work that matter most.

Freedom from suffering belongs to everyone.
We all carry something from the past. Pain that burrows in dark places. Limiting beliefs that steal the future. Symptoms that manifest as anxiety, depression, physical illness, and so on.
I don’t know why we suffer so much.
I’ve committed to reducing the suffering of this world using the talents and gifts I have. I started All Within with my wife to help people understand what healing actually is, and to facilitate the journey of integration and union.
Our evolution requires cooperation and love. This is my contribution.
I am Ricky.
I somehow arrived here with an insatiable desire to create. I’ve learned it’s a gift to know what I want to do, and to be good at it. So I do that… often.
A passion I inherited from my Mother is writing. To sit with a cup of coffee in the mornings, still lit with the energy of meditation, and write. To think, feel, and translate into words what wants to be expressed. All things come from the immense power found in words.
From words, feelings, and ideas, I am compelled to bring the abstract into form. I design, code, organize, write some more, sketch, ask others what they think, revise and revise again, until that thing is a thing. And then I help it grow.
I’m lucky and grateful to be a father and husband. We are a brady bunched batch, full of so much love and learning, traveling and eating, experiencing and relaxing, and experiencing some more. I love them, and I’m better because of them.
Outside of that, I love coffee, cigars, hiking and biking, looking at art, and contemplating the nature of reality. My love for God is profound… It is the energy I practice bringing to every moment of this wonderful life.
